Once you feel you have enough information to support each point in the body of your outline and you have proven or disproven your thesis (it does happen -- not a problem! In the conclusion you will review why your thesis is disproven and why -- makes a very interesting paper!), then you can start your final organization and writing.
- Organize all your note cards in the order of the outline. Use the outline location in the top corner to help you. Do not worry about the source number.
- Ensure you have at least 2-3 cards (details) for each point in your outline.
- Starting with the first group of details -- put them in an order that makes sense. Try different orders until you have an order that flows and makes sense. Do the same for each group of details. Stack all the cards in order.
